1. Digital product access

The Offer That Travels is a digital product.

After purchase, access details are sent by email and the Playbook may be delivered through a private Circle space or similar access platform.

Because access to digital materials can be provided quickly after purchase, refunds are limited once access has been sent, supplied or made available.

2. General refund position

Purchases are generally non-refundable once access to the Playbook or related digital materials has been sent, supplied or made available.

This is because the Playbook includes digital content, worksheets, AI Assistants, prompts and private access materials that can be viewed or used once access is granted.

3. Access problems

If you do not receive your access email, cannot access the private Playbook space, or believe there has been a technical issue, contact us at:

playbook@karenfrith.com

We will try to resolve access issues within a reasonable time.

If there is an access issue we cannot reasonably resolve, we may offer a refund.

4. Duplicate or mistaken payments

If you believe you have been charged twice, paid in error, or used the wrong email address at checkout, contact us as soon as possible at:

playbook@karenfrith.com

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, correct the access details or arrange a refund.

5. Change of mind

Because this is a digital product, we do not usually offer refunds for change of mind once access has been sent or made available.

Please read the sales page carefully before purchasing.

6. Statutory rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your statutory rights.

If you are buying as a consumer, you may have legal rights if digital content is faulty, not as described or does not meet legal requirements.

Where the law requires us to provide a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, we will do so.

7. How to request help

To request support or raise a refund issue, email:

playbook@karenfrith.com

Please include:

  • the email address used at checkout
  • the date of purchase
  • a short explanation of the issue
  • any relevant screenshots or receipts

We may ask for further information so we can review the request properly.

8. Refund method

Where a refund is approved, it will normally be returned to the original payment method through Stripe or the payment provider used at checkout.

Refund processing times may depend on your bank, card provider or payment provider.

9. Our discretion

We may offer refunds outside this policy at our discretion.

Offering a refund in one case does not mean we are required to offer the same outcome in another case.
